[Responsibilities]:

• Enhance and support Mozambique's national efforts in mobilizing and managing climate finance.
• Collaborate with governmental institutions to integrate climate considerations at policy and implementation levels.
• Develop transformative low-carbon and resilience programmes in partnership with national stakeholders.
• Provide advisory, capacity building, and facilitate access to international financial resources concerning climate initiatives.

[Qualifications]:

• Master's degree in relevant fields like Development, Finance, Environmental Science/Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in advisory/expert roles specializing in climate/public finance mechanisms and project management.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages.
