Country People And Talent Manager

Enabel, the Belgian agency for international cooperation, dedicated to developing projects addressing global challenges, is seeking a Country People & Talent Manager (m/f/x) for its Ukraine operations based in Kyiv. The appointed individual will drive strategic HR operations, safeguard compliance, foster development, strengthen engagement, empower managers, and lead organizational change within the context of the BE-RELIEVE programme focusing on sectors like energy security, health, education, and employment. The role includes a 0.5 FTE contract until December 31, 2028, with responsibilities encompassing HR management, talent development, and organizational transformation in coordination with the Ukraine management board and Brussels HR experts.
