Description

The selected candidate will establish and maintain a robust MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) system to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, reporting, and usage for evidence-based decision-making. The role involves strategic advisory support, capacity strengthening of partners, and fostering a results-oriented learning culture to enhance project performance and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project MEAL system.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts.
• Provide strategic insights and adaptive management practices.
• Strengthen partner capacity and promote a learning culture.

Person Specifications

• Master's in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Tourism Management, or related fields.
• Five years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Expertise in digital data tools like Power BI, SPSS, STATA, and KoboToolbox.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
