The project aims to foster sustainable tourism through effective planning, implementation, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects in alignment with goals.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with EU standards.
• Coordinate stakeholders and integrate gender and environmental safeguards.
• Lead a diverse team to achieve results effectively.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Development Studies, Project Management, Tourism, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a project manager in international development.
• Proficiency managing EU-funded programs and multi-stakeholder collaborations.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable tourism practices.
• Dedication to Enabel's vision, mission, and values.
