Climate - Pfm Expert

Position Overview:

Enabel seeks a motivated and experienced Climate-PFM Expert to contribute to the implementation of the Climate-PFM project in Mozambique. This role involves high-level advisory, capacity building, knowledge management, and project integration efforts to address climate challenges through public financial management in alignment with global standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advisory, supporting policy briefs and collaboration with partners.

• Design and execute national climate-responsive PFM capacity-building programs.

• Develop knowledge-sharing mechanisms and maintain project documentation.

• Collaborate on project planning, execution, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in economics, public policy/administration, environmental science, or related fields.

• Over seven years of relevant experience in public financial management with expertise in climate finance methodologies.

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese required.

• Location: Maputo, Mozambique.
