Project Manager Skills & Employment (m/f/x) – Namibia

Enabel is the Belgian agency for international cooperation. With our partners, we develop ideas and implement projects addressing urgent global challenges. As part of a new partnership with Namibia, Enabel is developing three strategic projects focused on skills development, port development, and more.

Job description:

• Manage the execution of the project, ensuring achievement of objectives within defined timeframes.
• Design and oversee programs focused on employment, vocational education, and training.
• Promote private sector engagements in skill programs and manage grants and procurement processes.
• Develop partnerships and engage with private sector actors while leading a diverse team.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in development projects, skill training, and private sector engagement.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and familiarity with skilling sector methodologies.
• Fluent in English; local language skills are an advantage.
